Basketball stadium

The basketball stadium will be located in the cleared area at the north-east end of AK Reserve. Its position allows for the retention of as much of the existing flora as possible, without compromising movement, safety or sporting requirements.

Underground parking has been incorporated into the facility to ensure that parking can be provided on-site, and to protect as much flora as possible by the creation of a flora corridor linking Bold Park and Kings Park.

The stadium houses eight courts, including a 2000 seat show-court and office space for local clubs and Basketball WA.
